I started at QT Falls Creek after leaving Tasmania to venture my career as a chef.
The many different outlets. Keeps the chefs interested. Never a boring day at QT.

When we won Best Prestigious Restaurant at the 2015 AHA awards.
Learning that I will soon step in to an Executive Chef role at QT Canberra.
I would like to be a food and beverage director or group executive chef.
Holding on to decent staff, the problems we are facing with our produce and keeping the product consistent.

Met, not really, but I have cooked for – Lorde, Gerard Butler, Stephan Fry, Beyonce, Russell Crowe, and a heap more.
Not really, working at QT definitely has its perks!
The time we had a 300 person hotel takeover. We all thought it was going to be hell, but we worked together as a team and managed to smash it out!
